- Fertile Life...a little explanation here...I just feel like through adoption our life as a family would be so fertile and full. Is it too awkward of a title since it used to be an infertility blog?

I like Baby Love too. And Heartstrings. And it's fine to change the name of your blog as your focus changes. After all, it's YOUR blog.
JK, I like Our Fertile Life. You could make some kind of statement under the title that reflects your heart. It could, in a sense, be a testimony to a life that can be "fertile" despite infertility.
But I agree with Chris about that it is your blog, take our suggestions and do what you want with them!

I must agree with the other comments and say I like Heartstrings. I'm glad you're baby dreams are getting closer to becoming a reality.
I really like Fertile Life. I think there are a lot of layers of meaning that you could draw from.
Hmmm, I think my fav is Boundless Love. It will be great whatever you pick!
